Kolkata Police Recruitment Board-KPRB is going to recruit for the post constable No. of Posts : 2500 (Male – 2000, Female – 500). This opportunity is both for male and female candidate. Those candidate who fulfills the eligibility criteria can apply.
Expected Salary for these post is around Rs. 5400 – 25200(PB 2) + 2600 (Grade Pay ) plus other benefits.
Age as on 01st January 2012 must be in between 18 years to 27 year. Caste wise relaxation is given in age for candidates which is 3 year for OBC and 5 year for SC/ST. Physical standard :
After verified require education Board check for physical standard
For Men : Minimum height should be 167 m, Minimum chest 78 meter and 83 meter after expansion.
Weight is proportional to height of the candidate with respect to medical norm.
For Women :
Minimum height should be 160m
Weight is proportional to height of the candidate with respect to medical norm. Relaxation in physical standard for some backward class candidate Gorkhas, Garwali, Rajbanis and SC minimum height should be 152 m. Good Mental and Physical health for selection is required.
How to apply :
Those candidate fit in Phy. Std. ( Frequency Identification Device (RFID))state is call for physical efficiency test where he have to perform in running ability. Those selected candidate then have to go through written test and after that interview.
